1.2 Is it free to be Xuanwu Elite Member?
Yes.
1.3 How can I join Frequent Guest program?
To achieve Xuanwu Classic Membership status, one night’s stay up to specified room rate is required at the hotel;
1.4 How can I achieve Xuanwu Executive Membership status or Xuanwu Elite Membership status?
To achieve Xuanwu Executive Membership status, getting a total of 10,000 Xuanwu Points within one calendar year at the hotel is required;
To achieve Xuanwu Elite Membership status, getting a total of 20,000 Xuanwu Points within one calendar year at the hotel is required.
Earning Points
2.1 How can I earn Xuanwu point?
The members of frequent guest program will get one Xuanwu Point for RMB1yuan expense on the eligible net room rate by himself / herself in the hotel. Any of the non-personal bills and any other charges as well as tax, tip or awarded benefits shall not be converted into Xuanwu Points.
2.2 How can I guarantee I receive my rewards after my qualified stay or eligible charges?
Please provide your Xuanwu Elite Card number up front when you make your reservation and present your card when checking-in to ensure you receive all your rewards.

3.2 When can I receive my gifts after I redeem with my Xuanwu Points?
When you apply for your redeemed gift, Xuanwu Elite Club will need at least one day to approve your application. Coupon will be mailed to you within one week.
