Xuanwu Elite Club Card remains the property of Lakeview Xuanwu Hotel and can be withdrawn or cancelled at anytime.

Frequent Guest Program and its benefits and services are offered at the sole discretion of Lake-view Xuanwu hotel. The hotel reserves the right to augment, adjust, modify or cancel any of the terms, benefits and services at any time, with or without notice.

Frequent Guest Program is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

The program has no pre-determined termination date and may terminate at the sole discretion of Lakeview Xuanwu Hotel. Yet members will have a period of six (6) months from the date of declared termination to redeem all benefits and services.

In the event of any dispute in accumulation of reward points, hotel’s final decision will be based on the check-out record from the hotel. Hotel will not provide point´ s adjustment to the disputed record which exceeds two years.

Points and benefits only awarded for the card holder’s personal stay. The card can only be used by the card holder, and is not allowed to be lent to the others. Expenses other than room charges can not be converted into reward points.

Only individuals are eligible for membership, and each individual may maintain only one account. Corporations, associations or groups are not eligible for membership.

Program entitles members the right to benefits, services and reward points, which can be received in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the program.

An account may be closed temporarily at hotel’s discretion if no points are accrued over a period of 12 consecutive months. All points in the account will be forfeited at that time. Points accrued are for member’s benefits only and are non-transferable.

The member consents to hotel use of any personal data supplied for hotel internal or direct marketing purposes.

To ensure that you are awarded all benefits and services, please quote your membership number when you make your room reservations and present your membership card at time of check-in.
